The doctor of the future will give no medicine, but will interest her or his patients in the care of the human frame, in a proper diet, and in the cause and prevention of disease.
Thomas A. Edison
Health is a delicate equilibrium among the physical, emotional and spiritual bodies. Each one of them is essential. If one does not function properly, all the others will be affected.

If the body is intoxicated because we do not eat and move according to its physiological needs, energy will not flow as it should, our vitality will slow down and our health will be compromised.
And this is not all. The influence of our thoughts on our health is larger than we might think. If too much energy is used by the “thinking brain” to try to solve problems and find ways to accomplish all “duties” of every day life, it will be hard to sustain all the other functions that the organism has to assure: digestions, movements, elimination of residues and toxins, repair of tissues, self healing…
When these activities are not done properly, the body and the immune system will progressively weaken and it will be easier to be sick. Moreover, a person who is physically weak tends to be negative and pessimistic.
Therefore, if we want to stay healthy, it is better to act at many levels at the same time: nutrition, physical activity, weakening of tensions, change of disempowering attitudes, ability to deal with emotions and challenging situations.
